Lord MacFarlane of Bearsden
Paying tribute to Lord Macfarlane, who has died at the age of 95, SWA Chief Executive Karen Betts said:
“Lord Macfarlane of Bearsden played a key role at a critical turning point for our industry, when the outlook was a lot less certain than it has subsequently become, and for that we owe him a debt of gratitude.
“Our sincere condolences go to Lady Macfarlane and her family.”
